These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Klipstar.ai. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Klipstar.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have rights to use or distribute
  • Use the platform for illegal purposes or to generate harmful content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute access to the platform without authorization
  • Upload content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all videos you upload and clips generated from your content. Klipstar does not claim ownership of your content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our clipping service.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase for paid plans.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance when possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

Klipstar is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
